KNOWN ISSUE
For clients using LawToolBox with Time Matters IDSync, when an appointment gets converted in LTB from a deadline to an appointment at a specific time of day the entry does not update in Time Matters.
BEST PRACTICE:
Between now and then the best practice is for our Time Matters IDSync clients, we ask that instead of converting the trigger date (depo, trials and hearings) to a specific time of day that your users instead leave the trigger date as is and add an additional entry (in LawToolBox) using the add misc appointment. We realize that these items are not connected so if you move the trial date please remember to move the misc appointment for trial.
