Here is an article explaining how to use our repeat calculators in LawToolBox with a custom description,
e.g **DISCOVERY- Date response to discovery served (Smith ROGS on Smith)
Go to Matters > click "Calculate Deadlines"
or "+Calculate"
Note: All repeat calculators are marked as **
Search for motions, discovery, pleadings, hearings and depos etc.
Select your trigger date:
Select your method of service, if applicable
Enter your trigger date description
Next will calculate your deadlines with the description appended at the end of the deadline description
e.g.
Deadline to respond to written discovery (ROGS served on Smith) (by fax, express mail, overnight delivery, or electronically [+2 court days]) (rolled from Fri, 11/1/2024)
