Classic WebApp Filters:



Option 1: Outlook Filer


Outlook > File > Manage Rules & Alerts > New Rule(s)

Rule 1. Create a rule to move messages from [email protected] to a new “ToolBox Deadlines” folder

Rule 2. Add a filter to your calendar view to remove [Cancelled] deadlines

Step 3: Whitelist M365 Admin: Whitelisting via Global Administrator



Option 2: Gmail Filter

 

Open Gmail


Click the Dropdown option in search


From: "[email protected]" > create filter >


Select: Skip the Inbox (Archive it) > Apply the label (new) > LTB Deadlines > Create Filter

Gmail Step-by-step:

1. Click on the dropdown arrow on the right in your Gmail search bar



2.  From: "[email protected]" > create filter >

3. Select Skip the Inbox (Archive it) > Apply the label (new) > LTB Deadlines > Create Filter


Note:

Trusted Sender in Google or send a "hello" email to [email protected]
