If you have deadlines that no longer apply to your case, please follow the steps below to remove the deadlines from the calendar and the LawToolBox deadline chart



STEP 1: REMOVE FROM CALENDAR

  • Log in to LawToolBox and open the Matter you would like to modify
  • Select "Deadline Chart" from the matter menu and switch to "Add to Calendar"
  • Select the deadlines you wish to remove and hit "remove"


STEP 2: DELETE FROM LAWTOOLBOX

  • Go to "Trigger Dates" to remove the entries from your deadline chart
  • For "Primary Trigger Dates" scroll the Deadline you want modified or removed and delete the date that is filled in
  • For "Secondary Trigger Dates" select "delete" if you would like to remove it
  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "save changes"


STEP 3: UPDATE & SYNC

  • Go back to your "Deadline Chart"
  • Select the users calendar you would like to update from the drop-down menu
  • Select your time zone
  • Click "Update" and now the modified deadline will be synced to your Calendar

  •  "Primary Trigger Dates" remove the date that is filled in

STEP 3: UPDATE & SYNC

  • Go back to your "Deadline Chart"

  • Select the users calendar you would like to update from the drop-down menu
  • Select your time zone
  • Click "Update" and now the modified deadline will be synced to your Calendar
