This article will walk through calculating, editing, and adding deadlines to the calendar

1. Adding Deadlines to the matter:


Click Trigger Dates > Add a Primary or Secondary Trigger dates that apply to your matter and hit save

Note: Clcik on the ellipsis (...) to preview the deadlines that will be calculated

Back in the Deadline chat to make any changes needed to custom changes like adding times, links, labels or hiding deadlines


2. Marking Deadlines as [Done]:
Open the deadline chart > change pull-down options from top of list to “summarized” / “future” and click “switch” (they might currently show “summarized” or “all”) > mark “done” for any completed deadlines.


3. Adding deadlines to Calendars as add/move dates:
the Open the "Deadline Chart" > change pull down options from the top of list to “add to calendar” “modified” and click “switch” (they might currently show “summarized” “all”) > select emails that invite should be sent to > deselect any deadlines that don’t need to be added to calendars >  choose Outlook or Google and Time zone > click add or update.


4. Adding all or all future deadlines to the calendar:
Open deadline chart > change pull-down options from top of list to “add to calendar” “all” or “future” and click “switch” (they might currently show “summarized” “all”) > select emails that invites should be sent to > deselect any deadlines that don’t need to be added to calendars >  choose Outlook or Google and Time zone > click add or update. 5. Reports

Go back "Home" and run a user report for a specific time frame (Date Range Report) 

Option 1: Send a report of upcoming deadlines for a group or user calendar daily or weekly by doing the following > go to the home page in a user or group calendar LawToolBox account > select time period and email report.
