This article will walk you through how to transfer cases to other users and how to delete the user when cases have been reassigned.
1. Reassign cases to other users
a. one case at a time
b. when detailing a user, select a new user to transfer cases to
2. Master support user to login > *Firm Admin > Admin > Firm
Find your user & hit remove
Attorney user:
select transfer case to another user in your firm
or
allow departing user to take cases with them
Support User:
Reassign on a case by case basis to other support staff
Remove from your user list
