How do you easily identify users to make them part of an office or practice group?
We recommend adding the the tag to speed up search and help to easily identify who should be on each LawToolBox Matter. Admin access required
To edit your users tags follow the steps below:
1. Sign into https://admin.lawtoolbox.com/users
2. Click the User Actions > Tag
or
Select multiple users and select "Update Tag"

Add up to 3 tags per user. Here is an example:
- Tag 1: Role
- Tag 2: Practice Area
- Tag 3: Location
"Shared users" in the app
Helps with search for larger groups
