There are several different types of calendar entries that are available in LawToolBox.
a. Trigger dates > Ellipsis > Convert
b. Deadlines > Ellipsis > Edit
c. Appointments > Add Deadline or Appointment
NOTE: if you would like to add more notes and details to the description, you can leave the deadline as an all day-event and create a standalone appointment.

a. Trigger dates > Convert
Example:
To add a time and a location, click on the ellipsis and click convert
Accept the meeting invite from your inbox to block time off

b. Deadlines > Edit
A deadline is an event that was calculated running off any trigger date or any all-day manual entries
These can be turned into a time of day event by clicking on the ellipsis > Edit

c. Appointments > Add new
To create an appointment, click Add Deadline or Appointment or + Deadline
Enter your start time and location details
