To see what cases are shared with a specific user or need to be reassigned or closed:


Go to LawToolBox in your outlook add-in, Teams or app.lawtoolbox.com

 

Reports > Click "All reports" > Matter Sharing Report > Select user > Run report > Email or download the report

Change the report type by clicking on the "All reports"



Select Matter Sharing Report


Run the report:
