Before deleting deadlines, check to see "Does the deadline apply to the case?"
- No = Delete (Remove from the matter completely)
- Maybe = Unsync (Remove from the calendar, but keep in the matter record)
Option 1 - Delete:
If you do not wish to see a specific set of deadlines that don't apply to your case, follow the instructions below
- Use the filter or search field to search your deadlines
- Select deadlines in the check box
- Click "Delete"
Option 2 - Unsync:
If you do not wish to see a specific set of deadlines on the calendar, follow the instructions below
- Use the filter or search field to search your deadlines
- Select deadlines in the check box
- Click "Sync" > Remove from Calendar
- Optional: Use the ellipsis to mark deadlines as Pending or Ignore
NOTE:
When using the "calculate" option in LawToolBox, deadlines are generated but do not automatically sync to calendars.
This allows you to modify or delete deadlines if some do not apply to your case.

1. Delete Multiple:
- Use the filter or search field to search your deadlines
- e.g. "by mail to at least 1 party outside the US [-20 calendar days]"
- e.g. "Filter" > View Unsynced
- Select deadlines in the check box
- Click "Delete" Trashcan icon
It is designed to be small so deadlines get deleted intentionally, as they can not be recovered
Make sure to use the checkmarks or filters to refine your list before deleting:
Confirm:
Can't be undone. If you delete an entry labeled "trigger date", related deadlines will also be deleted

2. Unsync:
If you do not wish to see a specific set of deadlines on the calendar, follow the instructions below
- Use the filter or search field to search your deadlines
- Select deadlines in the check box
- Click "Sync" > Remove Selected
- Optional: Use the ellipsis to mark deadlines as "Pending" or "Off Calendar"
