To see a practice calendar or a firm calendar follow these steps from a Microsoft support article

Your IT can also send this calendar to all users and automatically make it available for all users.

  • Go to Outlook calendar
  • Right Click on "Shared Calendars"
  • Add Calendar > from Address Book
  • Search & Add your Master Calendar, Firm Calendar or Central Docketing user
    • Look for a user who gets automatically shared in LawToolBox on all matters (can't be removed)


Add Calendar from Address Book

  • Right Click on "Shared Calendars"
  • Add Calendar
  • From Address Book


Search & OK

  • Search & Add your Master Calendar, Firm Calendar or Central Docketing user
  • OK


Select to View Shared Calendar:
