To see a practice calendar or a firm calendar follow these steps from a Microsoft support article
Your IT can also send this calendar to all users and automatically make it available for all users.
- Go to Outlook calendar
- Right Click on "Shared Calendars"
- Add Calendar > from Address Book
- Search & Add your Master Calendar, Firm Calendar or Central Docketing user
- Look for a user who gets automatically shared in LawToolBox on all matters (can't be removed)
Add Calendar from Address Book
- Right Click on "Shared Calendars"
- Add Calendar
- From Address Book
Search & OK
- Search & Add your Master Calendar, Firm Calendar or Central Docketing user
- OK
Select to View Shared Calendar:

- Your IT may need to grant view right to see all deadlines
- M365 Admin: Access to Calendar and Mailbox rights for Master Calendar
