To set up a free trial account please follow the steps below to fully enable LawToolBox in your environment and test our our features.
Please note, enabling the free trial requires M365 Global Admin consent

- Pilot: 30 days free
- Microsoft Teams Apps > LawToolBox > Buy Subscription > Free Trial > Place Order > Click "Set up now"

Step 1: Free Trial or Pilot?
Option A: Get LawToolBox for free (7 days)
Visit: https://lawtoolbox.com/free-trial/
Accept permissions to use Single sign on (SSO) with your Microsoft credentials

Step 3: Admin users
- Who will be using LawToolBox for the free trail
- Who is your M365 admin to grant consent for the app
Step 4: Review & Submit
Submit
IT Admin must Grant Consent to LawToolBox
- If you are an M365 Admin, click the purple buttons for permissions
- If you are not an M365 Admin, check the box to email your IT (added in step 3 as a contact)
Now your user can log into LawToolBox and test our features for 7 days or 5 calculations

Option B: Get LawToolBox through Microsoft Teams (30 days)
1. Go to the Microsoft Teams app on your desktop
2. Open Microsoft Teams > click on Apps (bottom left)
3. Search for LawToolBox > Click the option to Buy a subscription.
4. Select your plan as One Month Free Trial - Minimum X to start a trial
5. Or select Invoice Now - Minimum X if you are already to subscribe
6. Select your pay option as monthly or annually up front
7. Fill out all required fields including credit card info then hit submit.
8. Click on the prompt to setup now.

Step 2: Set Up your account
1. Accept the permissions to use Single sign on for your M365:
2. Fill in only the required* fields to create your account & submit
3. Accept the Application Permissions
Note, LawToolBox will not work if permissions are not accepted.
4. Click "Admin Portal" button for admin.lawtoolbox.com add any other users you want in your pilot
5. Open a new tab & sign into app.lawtoolbox.com to make sure you are able to sign in

1. Go to LawToolBox app to create your first case

Step 4: Free Trial End
Option 1: Ready for full access?
Any time during your free trial, let your LawToolBox account executive know you are ready to move forward enable your account with full access to get our published rulesets
Option 2: Want to cancel your free trial?
If you did a 7 day free trail it will automatically expire.
If you did a 30 day pilot, you can end your subscription for LawToolBox within 30 days in admin.microsoft.com under billing > your products
