If you're not getting the deadlines sent to your calendar in California matters, WebApp may be experiencing a throttling issue.
If this is a heavy deadlines case running from trial, 65+ you may experience a throttling issue.
Note: You can search for how many deadlines appear in your deadline chart by ctrl F & Search for “Edit” as seen below. e.g 65 entries
LawToolBox arrives to your calendars via emails, therefore when you send a large number of deadlines at once, you may be blocked.
The easiest way is to break up the deadlines into groups to make sure they land on the calendars. We recommend bunching them into groups by month, when you return to the case to add more deadlines, you can simply change the view to modified and add only the new deadlines.
e.g.
Deselect all
Select all May-Oct deadlines > add to calendar
Select all Nov-Feb deadlines > add to calendar
Make sure you always use the modified view & click add
