You can unlock any case by following the steps below:
This happens when you accidently close the page or use the back button.
Please make sure you are accessing LawToolBox with the attorney who its set up under (No initials / for (MRS) select MRS under my users list)
If you see a message that says (in use by ______)
At the top right “Select Case” pick your locked case & click open!
You will see a message at the top of your matter list
Click “unlock this matter”
