If your firm has been using LawToolBox via our Centerbase integration and have Office 365 you qualify to upgrade to our M365 version of LawToolBox. Matters and deadlines will be imported into the new account.

    • Users > Audit
  • Part 2: App Portal Matter Activation
    1. Click "Add Calculation"
    2. Assign state and ruleset
    3. Verify users
    4. Sync deadlines (if status bar available)



Part 1: Admin Portal Verification

Before proceeding please check the following:

1. admin.lawtoolbox.com > firm > settings


2. admin.lawtoolbox.com > user > audit

Resolve any errors if any users are invalid:


Part 2: App Portal Matter Activation

Go to app.lawtoolbox.com > sign in as the designated central docketing user or a shared user


Identify all matters that contain:

a) Status bar (priority)

b) General Matters - Unassigned (Select Later)

Activating Matters

  1. Click "Add Calculation"
  2. Assign state and ruleset
  3. Verify users
  4. Sync deadlines (if status bar available)

Click matter name > Deadline Chart
