This article walks you through how to hide all sent items that contain the word "accepted" for all LawToolBox deadlines and events. Please note, this rule does not limit this to just events from LawToolBox.


How to hide "Accepted" calendar events in the sent box:

Outlook -> Sent Items -> View -> View Settings -> Filter -> Advanced -> Field: All Appointment Fields: Subject -> Condition: Doesn't contain -> Value: Accepted: -> Add to list -> OK


Step 1:

Navigate to your Outlook mailbox. Go to Sent items and select View Settings



Step 2:

Select Filter



Step 3:

Select Advanced and go to "Field" -> All Appointment fields -> Subject



Step 4:

Select Condition and go to "doesn't contain"

Select Value and type in "Accepted:"

Select Add to List

Select OK



Your Outlook sent folder will no longer show calendar entries that you have accepted.
