Are you a LawToolBox user who can not access the LawToolBox application for Microsoft Teams?

Does your IT administrator needs to approve your app access request?


Your M365 Admin can modify the Teams Apps policy to allow LawToolBox for specific users, groups or all users in your M365 to easily access the LawToolBox Teams app or the LawToolBox Teams bot.

Issue: Deployed centrally, but does not show on the left hand menu of Microsoft Teams?

User: Search app - Request to add


User: Request approval to use the app


For Microsoft Teams Admins:


M365 Admin:

Log into admin.microsoft.com and navigate to the Teams Admin Center

Search for LawToolBox under all apps

Look for "Blocked" or "Allowed: No One"

Click on LawToolBox to make changes to the policy


Edit Availability: Users and Groups

Note: Your Microsoft Teams Admin center may have different options (blocked app status or blocked availability)


Option A: Unavailable


Option B: Blocked

Or toggle to "unblock"
