Does your LawToolBox show grey and you can't click to open it?
If your LawToolBox is grey, please select an email to read in your preview pane.

LawToolBox is an email add-in, so you have to be previewing, reading, or drafting an email.
Please enable the preview pane in outlook under "View" and select "Reading Pane" for easy access to emails & LawToolBox.
LawToolBox is an email-activated add-in > Select an email
When you first re-launch outlook, you need to select an item to read
"Click here to always preview messages"
Or
Select any email in your inbox or start a new message
