This article will walk you through how to quickly review your matters and verify deadlines have been synced to outlook.
In the LawToolBox add in or in app.lawtoolbox.com under "Matters" you will see a list of matters that have been shared with you. A status bar is designed to bring your attention to which cases are synced to the calendar and which deadlines have been added in LawToolBox, but have not yet been added to the calendar.
Under My Matters:
Blue Jays v Expos All Orange = NOT SYNCED
Flowers vs. Trees Green & Orange = PARTIAL SYNC
ACME v Express All Green = SYNCED

Have un-synced deadlines?

- Or mark them with a label to ignore: FAQ - Edit - Add labels to your deadlines
How to review Green / Orange Matters:
Matters > "View & Edit Deadlines"
Select Filter > View Not Synced
- Sync entries > add to calendar
- Ellipsis > label > "Off Calendar"
- Delete via check box or ellipsis
How to see deadlines that are not on outlook, but are added to LawToolBox:
Filter for "Not Synced" | Review the "Not Synced" as some may be important |
Quickly review important deadlines and make appropriate changes:
- Deselect the items that do not belong on Outlook
- Select the deadlines that need to be added
- Click "Sync" > "Add Selected"
- Use "Labels" or "Notes" features located in the ellipsis to quickly make a note if a deadline does not need to be added to outlook.
