This article will walk you through how to get set up in a teams meeting.
- Screen share in Microsoft Teams via the "Share" icon
- No microphone? Dial in for audio via the "More" ellipsis or the calendar invite

Step-by-step
1. Join the meeting from your calendar
- Click the "Click here to join the meeting" hyperlink
- Join now
2. Navigate to your Teams Meeting action menu
- Top right corner for desktop Microsoft Teams
- Bottom center for browser Microsoft Teams
3. Locate the "Screen Share" Button
- Next to the red "leave" button, microphone and camera
- Hit the "Share Content" dropdown
4. Select what to share in the drop-down menu
- Recommended "Screen" instead of "Window"
- May see two "Screens" if you have multiple monitors
- Click your selection to share
Note:
If using a Mac instead of a PC, you may need to follow the prompts to go to "Settings" and allow Teams to share screen
Make your selection:
- Done!

Don't have a microphone?
Click the "More" Ellipsis for audio options
- select "Call me" and enter your phone number
- or select "Meeting info" for dial-in information to call from your phone
- or check the Outlook calendar entry for the dial-in number to call from your phone
