Please log in to LawToolBox and select your attorney or the user under who the case was created.


Please remove the deadlines BEFORE you close the case, by following these instructions

FAQ - Instant Sync - Modifying and Removing Deadlines

When you have removed, the deadlines follow the steps below to archive your case.



Step 1:

Log in and select an attorney user


Step 2: 

Make sure you have the correct user.

Note: If you see the case with initials at the end (e.g. BMM), please go to "My Users" and select that user in order to close your case



Step3:

When you are ready to close your attorney's case, click "Close Case"


Step 4:

Search for your case to select and close


Step 5:

Click "Close Case" and Confirm

Step 6:

Your case will be moved to "Archive" and can be reopened if necessary
