This article will explain LawToolBox groups get created in your (client) M365 tenant .
Every matter created by LawToolBox will have a corresponding M365 group visible to Microsoft Admins.
This is core function of LawToolBox for calendaring and other M365 integrated functionality.
1. LawToolBox matters are built on M365 groups when a new matter is created
- Deadlines & events are sent via groups as the event organizer

2. Any user shared on the matter is a group owner/member
- Set default to restrict group owner rights to Master Calendar only

3. Only users who are able to create groups in M365 can create a matter in LawToolBox

3. All LawToolBox matters will show as active groups in the M365 admin portal

- By default, these groups are hidden from the GAL

4. All LawToolBox groups will begin with tb.________ unless additional policies are in place
- This allows M365 Admins to distinguish LawToolBox groups from others
