LawToolBox has character limitations for deadline descriptions and is has limitations in some fields.
- 55 characters for calculated deadlines (short description) - default view in LawToolBox
- 300 characters for manual deadlines (long description) - can be set as default in LawToolBox via admin user
- 2500 characters for deadline notes, rule details and email reminders
Short description: 55 characters (default)
This description will be the subject line of the outlook entries
Long description: 300 characters
This description will be the body of the calendar entry in Outlook

Your admin can go to admin.lawtoolbox.com > firm > settings > select long description > update
