- Navigate to your Outlook Settings
- Go to your 'Mail' section
- Go to 'Rules
- Select '+Add new rule'
- Name your rule [DONE] LTB Deadlines
- Add the condition Subject includes
- Input [DONE]
- Add an action Move to
- Click on the drop-down menu for Select a folder and then select Create new folder and name the folder [DONE] LTB Deadlines or whatever you would like
- Deselect the box Stop processing more rules
- Check the box Run rule now
- Select the blue Save button
