- PAST DUE - Depreciated access to the app
This message indicated that your account has restricted access to manage your deadlines due to an issue with your subscription. As soon as your subscription is reinstated, your deadlines will appear as normal inside the app.
Examples:
- past due more than 30 days
- auto-renew off
- suspended, deleted subscriptions
What can you do?
If you are seeing this message, please have your billing department contact LawToolBox to update your billing information to minimize disruptions for your users.
a) Microsoft Purchase:
If you pay via Microsoft this message will appear automatically for some accounts if there is an issue with your subscription status. If you purchased LawToolBox through Microsoft, please check to see if
- Your subscription was not set for auto-renew
- Your billing profile information is out of date (expired credit card)

Direct LawToolBox Payments:
If you pay direct to LawToolBox via check or recurly payments, we make great effort to reach your office via email and phone.
If you need to update your primary contacts, card on file, verify the PO box address, request a copy of your invoice, or submit payment please contact [email protected] and we'd be happy to assist you.
