Do you see canceled deadlines in your calendar?
When your deadlines are moved or rescheduled, the original entries will appear as canceled.
The below article will walk you through how to a) hide existing, b) set firm-wide setting to delete going forward c) permanently remove canceled events

Solutions to Remove Canceled Deadlines:
A) Hide from my calendar (via outlook)
Set up a filter to keep your calendar clean. This will hide these entries without deleting the calendar events.
Note: Use this if some users want an ability to audit events that have been removed or rescheduled.
- Watch the step-by-step video for the calendar filter
- Or see step-by-step below
- Will hide all past and future
B) Remove for all users (Recommended)
Set up a firm setting to automatically remove new cancelations from the calendar. Note: does not remove events that are already "canceled". See A) or C) for clean up
- Go to admin.lawtoolbox.com > Firm > Settings > Remove Canceled deadlines (on)
- Admin: Remove Canceled Deadlines as a Firm Setting
C) Delete for specific users (Clean up)
After completing step B for existing LawToolBox clients, if you wish to permanently remove all "canceled" events from LawToolBox follow these steps. Please note, this requires enterprise permissions first (may already be granted)
- Global Admin to grant enterprise permissions > grant enterprise consent
- Go to admin.lawtoolbox.com > Manage Events > Canceled Deadlines > Select user > Future dates > View
- Select all > Delete
