Error message:

  • "Oops! Try again shortly. Microsoft 365 group is still provisioning. Please click sync again in a few minutes"


The group is still provisioning:

This error is outside of LawToolBox. This issue occurs in the Microsoft tenant and may take a moment for the group to be fully set up before you can sync deadlines


  • Please wait for the group to provision
  • The typical resolution time is 15 min, but it's can experiencing longer delays 
  • Log out and clear cache Help: Refresh the app and clear cache and try to sync again
  • If you continue to experience this, please have your IT open a ticket or email helpdesk@lawtoolbox.com
