Periodically signing out will help keep your app up-to-date and provide you with the latest version.

Possible Issue:

  • A flashing triangle next to your matters. 
  • Outlook add-in, app, or teams, not loading or freezing. 
  • Receiving an error when trying to the calendar. 
  • App freezing after creating new matter. 
  • Receiving the message: Authentication token expired!  


Solution:

Sign out and clear cache
