Did you receive an email in your inbox that says your deadline was not delivered to the matter group? 

  • Undeliverable notifications when trying to sync deadlines
  • "Your message to ______ couldn't be delivered" 
  • The email address does not exist or was not found


Issue:

  • This is a known Microsoft issue
  • That does not fully create the email address for a LawToolBox matter in your tenant that results in an undeliverable message
  • Someone may have removed a user who did not have a licensed M365 mailbox 


What can a LawToolBox User do?

  • Reach out to your IT helpdesk and ask them to "manually create an alias for the group with your domain" in the M365 Admin Portal.
  • Email helpdesk@lawtoolbox.com and let us know you are experiencing this. We can work directly with your IT
  • This issue is intermittent and may be caused due to third-party spam filtering applications
