Did you receive an email in your inbox that says your deadline was not delivered to the matter group?

Issue:
- This is a known Microsoft issue
- That does not fully create the email address for a LawToolBox matter in your tenant that results in an undeliverable message
- Someone may have removed a user who did not have a licensed M365 mailbox
What can a LawToolBox User do?
User bounce:
- LawToolbox is only compatable with licensed M365 users. We do not support unlicensed or shared mailboxes

Group Bounce:
- Reach out to your IT helpdesk and ask them to "manually create an alias for the group with your domain" in the M365 Admin Portal.
- Email [email protected] and let us know you are experiencing this. We can work directly with your IT
- This issue is intermittent and may be caused due to third-party spam filtering applications
