Are you getting an email notification that "user doesn't have a valid Office 365 license" when making changes to one of your matters?

- Departed user who is no longer with the firm, but hasn't been removed from LawToolBox matters
- Unsupported user mailbox - shared mailbox, alias, or unlicensed user in M365
