We are excited to announce a new feature!
LawToolBox released a new feature on 3/24/24 to allow users to select a time zone for any appointment.
This feature was created to accommodate firms who practice in multiple locations to allow for an easy scheduling of timed events. Select the "Time zone" checkbox to change the time zone selection.
Other updates:
- Our team is working on updating this and should be defaulting properly on Tuesday, 3/36/24
- The default time is back to 30 min increments.
- You can manually type any time for start and end time in 5 min increments if needed.
- Recurring events now include a 45 day option for compliance tracking
"+ Deadline" or "Add deadline or appointment":
- The default time zone is the user's time zone (Listed below the start/end time)
- Check the box to adjust the time zone dropdown
- Add your details and save

Add your appointment and LawToolBox will adjust the event to your local time.
You will see the original appointment time in both LawToolBox and outlook to indicate the adjusted time.
Move your cursor on the (i) icon to see the original time
Note:
- If you have trouble using the feature and see "Error! Please select a valid timezone" > Help: Refresh the app and clear cache
