LawToolBox Support

Any new deadlines and events sent before 7:45 PST / 8:45 MST / 9:45 CST / 10:45 EST were sent to all licensed users in LawToolBox. 

If you haven't reached out yet, please open a ticket with helpdesk@lawtoolbox.com so we can work with you on a resolution.

The new deadlines will not have the issue of sending to additional recipients. The fix was put in place at 8:45 am MST so new deadlines after this time only get sent to the shared users as normal.

The current solution is all new deadlines that were sent 3/28 before 8:45 AM MST need to be removed from LawToolBox (to remove for all users) and re-added back to re-send to the correct recipients. 

We are currently working on making available a list of all deadlines in the app, but if you remember what was sent out this morning you can remove/re-add now.

To find all the events go to outlook > calendar > list view > settings > filter by modified on 3/28/2024

If you need a list, our team can provide the impacted events for you while we're working on the in-app report availability. Our team is actively looking at quick and easy steps our users can take, but it’s still in progress.

Unintended recipients will see the deadlines as canceled unless they have a calendar filter to hide canceled events

We updated code to audit synced deadlines this morning and it had the unintended consequence sending deadlines to additional calendars not part of the matter or the M365 group
