This month we made a lot of changes to tags and label functions in LawToolBox. These features are admin configured and are available to use in the app

User Tags:
User Tags in App Example: Location, Role, Practice group Allows to quickly search by a tag to add users to a matter | ![]() |

FAQ - Edit - How to Add Tags to Deadlines
Deadline Tags in Admin This feature restricts end users from creating tags so only admins can provide available tag options | ![]() |
Deadline Tags in Admin All tags created by the firm admins or end users. Tags limit to 50 characters Allows to edit or delete tags (impacts tags already in use) | ![]() |
Deadline Tags in App Can add up to 8 tags per deadline to group several events together. Use the two ellipsis options to tag desired deadlines Example: Tag deadlines by user #paralegal or #trialrelated to to group trail, MSJ, FSC calculations Best used as a search criteria in Date Range reports | ![]() |
Deadline Labels:
FAQ - Edit - Add labels to your deadlines

Deadline Label in Admin This setting allow you to hide the pre-configured LawToolBox labels (Urgent, Done, Pending) This setting as "off" will only show the custom labels created by the firm | ![]() |
Matter Dashboard
We've made several imporvements in the dashbaord
1. Case Number and URL visible in dashboard and outlook events
2. Add "New events", "calculate" new deadlines and "edit" existing ones from the dashboard under the ellipsis
3. Jump to "Deadline Chart" from the dashboard
