1. Guided Set up

We walk you through a guided onboarding and help you every step of the way. The below is to help document the process.

  • You may have already scheduled an an onboarding call with our team. 
  • If not, please reach out to your Account executive to get started.


2. Guided Training

Once the account is fully set up, the end users will be invited to a customized training path to learn how to use LawToolBox and it's features. Your onboarding team will set up training after the below steps are configured

How to Enable LawToolBox

  • Part 1: Requires a M365 Global Admin
    • Configure M365 Admin Portal (PowerShell)
      • Create a user group
      • Deploy the app in outlook and Teams to user group
      • Create Exchange Mail flow rules
    • Purchase subscription in M365
    • Activate account in M365
    • Accept application permissions
  • Part 2: Requires LawToolBox Admin Access
    • Add users for LawToolBox
    • Enable Master calendar with a min business basic mailbox license 
    • Manage firm & user settings for LawToolBox

Part 1: Requires a M365 Global Admin User

Setting up a new account with LawToolBox:


1. Purchase LawToolBox M365 Admin

2. Activate an account via M365 Admin


3. Deploy App in Outlook & Microsoft Teams as an administrator 

Note: Can be done as step 1. PowerShell takes time to process

4. Configure notifications in M365 Exchange Admin
